A winze leads to yards situated at lower levels. Here it is possible to observe the representation of a working ground. The background noises have been recorded in the yards still working.
The language spoken by the miners while working was quite never Italian but the "patouā" (or Provencal-alpine, the local dialect belonging to the group of the Provencal languages).
The drawbridge structure overlooking the winze allowed the transit of the wagons which had to reach more advanced yards.
