La Galliavola, a Gallery specialized in Oriental Art, was introduced to the international antiques market more than twenty years ago, and the notoriety it gained within its field can be attributed to its expertise and proficiency.
This gallery, once located in a prestigious castle in rural Lombardy, was founded in the 1970s by Patrizia Chignoli, renowned for her proficiency on Oriental Art.
The Gallery is now being run by Carla Gaggianesi, the founder's daughter.
In the collection of La Galliavola Chinese ceramics may easily be found alongside jades, bronzes from China and Tibet, ritual objects, architectural pieces, sculptures, furniture or Japanese netsuke'.
