"On todays 'spirits radio' we will be anouncing the lost
and found belongings, first off,
a pink bloomer
a brown handy down sachel
and to finish off a Lockwood Ration book."
She turned it off, smiled and clicked her fingers and scurried to their coats.
"Pick your feet up lass, I can't have my children looking less than your Saturday best especcialy in front of famous people." She smiled and dragged Harold all the way down the the porch making sure Elsie didn't slouch on their donkey stone.
"Mother, there only radio people not Mr Chambelain or anyone like that." Elsie told in a sturn voice, trying to avoid her mother in every possible way. Mayble walked over to the wirless station, picking up the ration book and smiling while buffing up her hair.
"Hello pretty lady" Boomed Mr walder the radio commiter, in a Scoitish accent."Lost your ration book I see well I hope.."He looked in the ration book,"you Mrs Lakewood have a happy day.
"Excuse me!!!"
