Then he had his party food in the parlour and he loved it. There was pig's trotter and other various foods that were rationed. I got him some other luxurious treats like sweets and home-made ice-cream which they all loved. Our Elsie helped me do the washing up as harold does when it's Elsie's birthday. Ooh was a grand meal.
